Gloria Nardella, APRN

has an extensive background in mental health. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Waterbury Hospital's ED department from 1990 - 2007. She then taught nursing at Lincoln Technical College from 2008 - 2015. After-which moving to MCAA Rehabilitation Center where she provided treatment - both residential and outpatient services for individuals with drug and alcohol dependencies and a variety of mental health issues between the years of 2015 - 2016.
Uma Joshi, PA-C
started out in the medical field as a Physician in Bombay, currently named Mumbai in India, where she operated her own Internal Medicine practice and met, married her husband and moved to the United States. Here, she has been practicing for 12 years now as a Physician Assistant. She received her Physician Assistant degree from the NYIT PA program located in Old Westbury New York. Her experience also includes practice as a Surgical Physician Assistant at Griffin Hospital, including general, cardiothoracic, vascular, first assist in ortho, urology, and ENT specialties. Uma is driven to deliver the best possible care to her patients with compassion and dedication.
Jose Gutierrez, FNP
is originally from Galesburg, Illinois, Jose Gutierrez has been happy to call Connecticut his home for the last three years. He recently graduated from Yale University with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a family nurse practitioner. In his previous roles, he has worked as a registered nurse at Yale-New Haven Hospital in an HIV/AIDS-Infectious Diseases clinic, and as an Emergency Room nurse in St. Louis, MO. Outside of CMG, Jose is a 1st Year PhD student at Yale University with research interests in HIV/AIDS, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis and treatment adherence, and was recently commissioned as a nurse practitioner in the Air National Guard.
Jennifer DiLungo, PA-C
is a graduate from King's College where she received her Master’s degree in medical studies. She has been practicing as a Physician Assistant for the last 10 years in Connecticut. She started her career as a Physician Assistant in general surgery and trauma. She also practiced Emergency Medicine for 2 years before joining our team and dedicates her time to developing one-on-one relationships with our patients to achieve the best possible care for their overall health and well-being.
